It’s crucial to reconcile your inventory on a regular basis, to ensure accuracy between recorded stock and physical inventory. We suggest you do this weekly. Let’s learn how! We make this a simple process - start at your inventory page. Click here select “reconcile inventory” at the top right. Click 'Reconcile Inventory 1'

Create Worksheet

Now, let’s create your worksheet. This records physical items in inventory. You’ll need to enter: Click 'Worksheet - 03/03/2025' Location, Click 'Worksheet - 03/03/2025' Categories, Click 'Worksheet - 03/03/2025' Brand, Click 'Worksheet - 03/03/2025' and Condition. Click 'Worksheet - 03/03/2025' Once that’s done, give your worksheet a name. Click 'Worksheet - 03/03/2025'

Scan!

Then, decide how you want to scan the items—you can use a scanner gun for speed Click 'Model #' or enter model numbers manually. Click 'Model #' When you’re ready, hit Go. Click 'Go' Enter the quantity you have in physical stock for the item you just scanned. Click '5' you can continue to add items Screenshot of Scan! in How to Reconcile Inventory

Process

and then click Process Screenshot of Process in How to Reconcile Inventory, step 1 Even from this point, you can still continue to add items to the worksheet with the same procedure. Match

Next, head over to your Worksheet. Click 'Worksheet' Find the one you just created and click Match. Click 'Match' Use the Edit button to add in Warehouse quantity. Click here Click + Add Stock and enter: Click here quantities of that model Click '4' cost per unit Click here and storage location. Click here Once you’ve filled everything in, hit Save. Click 'Save' Now, check out your numbers—your Quantity Scanned, In Warehouse, and Available should all match up Click '0' You can use the edit button in the Reserved column to match the total quantity of Quantity Scanned and In Warehouse. Click '0' If the stock In Warehouse is higher than the Quantity Scanned, simply delete the extra stock In Warehouse to make them match. Click '2'

Print

Need a physical copy? Just hit the Print button to generate a printable worksheet Click 'Print'

Log

The Log section keeps track of all your worksheet edits. Click here Don’t forget to set up the date of the worksheet you want to see. Click here Click the Expand button to see detailed information about each worksheet. Click here Here, you can see Model, Category, Location, Quantity Scanned, In Warehouse, Available, and Reserved. d And that’s it !!
