It gives you a real-time view of product availability across both your store and external warehouses, helping you manage stock, fulfill orders, and keep customers happy.

📍 Accessing DMI

From the sidebar, click Integration (just above the Settings icon). In Data Integrations, you’ll see DMI. Switch the toggle to YES to enable the integration.

DMI combines two inventory sources to give you the full picture:
  • Local Inventory Tracks stock in your own store, including reserved or pending items.
  • External Warehouse Inventory Pulls in stock levels from connected warehouses, plus on-order quantities from suppliers.
Together, this creates a hybrid inventory view, ensuring you always see the most accurate availability across all sources.
