SKUDeck™ is Appliance.io’s live, data-driven product catalog designed to replace legacy lookup tools. It centralizes product information so dealers and sales teams can quickly search SKUs, review standardized specifications, check live inventory, compare pricing, and view active rebates or incentive programs — all tied directly to each model. With deep platform integration and real-time data, SKUDeck™ delivers accurate product intelligence to support faster, more confident selling decisions.

📍 Accessing SKUDeck™

To begin, in the sidebar, click SKUDeck™. This takes you to your main product search and discovery hub. SKUDeck™ contains thousands of SKUs across brands, models, colors, and product types, making it easy to find exactly what you need.

🔎 Searching for an SKU

At the top of the page, you’ll see the Search bar. If you have a specific SKU, simply enter it to locate the product instantly. 💡Note: Be sure the SKU is entered exactly as expected — even a single missing or incorrect character can return a different model.

🎛️ Filters & Toggles

Below the search bar, you’ll find multiple filters to refine your results, including:
  • Columns
  • Brands
  • Product Status
  • Categories
Next to the filters are several toggle options you can turn on or off at any time:
  • Show In-Stock Only – Displays only products currently available in your inventory
  • Show Promo Models Only – Shows SKUs with PMAPs or promotional UMRPs
  • Show Models with Rebates Only – Filters products with rebates tied directly to the SKU
💡Note: Custom rebates created in the POS are not affected
  • Show Models with EOMs Only – Displays products with End-of-Month (EOM) incentives. EOMs are distributor-driven discounts or cash-back offers designed to help move inventory.

🔍 Product Comparison

On the far left of the table, each row includes a checkbox. Once you select two or more products, the Compare button appears at the top of the page. Click Compare to open a side-by-side comparison view. You can highlight differences to quickly identify variations across specifications such as warranties, controls, features, and more. If you start with only a few products selected, you can add additional models directly from the search bar inside the comparison pop-up — no need to close it.

👀 Quick View & Product Details

Next to the comparison checkbox is the Action column. Click the eye icon to open a Quick View of the product. At the top of the pop-up, you’ll see:
  • Product images
  • Brand
  • Model name
  • Pricing
Scrolling down reveals detailed specifications, similar to what’s shown in the comparison view.

📦 Product Information Columns

Moving across the table, SKUDeck displays key product details, including:
  • Model Number
  • Thumbnail image
  • Brand
  • Product Description
  • Product Status
You’ll also see pricing-related columns such as:
  • Current Cost
  • Average Cost
  • My Sale Price
  • Pricing Analytics

📊 Pricing Analytics & Price Rules

Click Pricing Analytics to open a detailed pricing pop-up. This includes the product’s:
  • Pricing source
  • Average cost
  • Historical pricing data
The final section of SKUDeck displays Price Rules, including:
  • MAP
  • PMAP
  • LRP
  • LAP
  • UMRP
  • MSRP
