3 Starting Points

Ok, Let’s make your first quote! .. There are actually 3 starting points to create a quote. If you want to check that out, click the link at the top, you will have the chance at the end of the video also 3 Ways to Create a Quote

Start from any page on the platform

Most Quotes are started from the top left of ANY page in the platform just click “Start a Quote”. Screenshot of Start from any page on the platform in How to Create A Quote, step 2 Click NEXT Click 'Next' and now you have a quote! Notice the quote number at the top! Click 'home my quotes edit'

Expiration Dates

We have set a 2-week expiration date on all quotes. This is for tracking purposes and following up on customers you may have forgotten about. You can view them on the “My Quotes” page. Click 'home my quotes edit' This is your billing information; Click 'home my quotes edit' and this is your delivery information; Click 'home my quotes edit'

Edit Billing or Delivery Information

you can change it with the edit pencil if you need to. Click 'home my quotes edit' You have full access to make any changes you like. Add a Line Item

To add an item to the quote, select + line item. we have all of the appliance data already loaded. Click 'home my quotes edit'

By Model Number

Click 'Search by Model # or Package Name' Select the item you’re looking for. Click 'TC5003WN'

Custom Products

price

Choosing Conditions

Now, if you are in the scratch and dent business or have multiple items of the same model number, with different conditions, you can select the condition after you choose the model number, like so. Screenshot of Choosing Conditions in How to Create A Quote You now have a running total at the bottom Click 'Notes add Add Notes' Pricing Ok, now that you have your item in, your price populates over here! You can alter the price by just clicking in the field, Click 'home my quotes edit'

Pricing Analytics Feature

Choose Fulfilment

The next step is to choose the fulfilment type Click 'Notes add Add Notes' You’ve got options here, you set all of these up in settings already. Click '240V Electric Dryer Standard Install (includes 5' dryer cord & flex vent)'

Pre Set Installs

Here I chose “pre-set installs, Click '240V Electric Dryer Standard Install (includes 5' dryer cord & flex vent)' We’re going to go to pre-set installs and add the standard install Click 'Save' You can continue to add line items as you need to Click 'Notes add Add Notes' Collapse Line Items For a simple view, you can collapse the details of each line item, by clicking the arrow Click 'Notes add Add Notes'

Adding Protection Plans

This is where you can add protection plans. You add them for each separate line item, if needed. Click 'Notes add Add Notes'

Adding Haul Away

You can add various types of haul away options, if you have chosen to offer them Click 'Notes add Add Notes' Notice you have a running total calculated and broken down at the bottom. Click 'Notes add Add Notes'

Auto-Scheduling Feature! **

Our auto-scheduling tool is AWESOME! If you have it flipped on, once the items are in stock your customer receives a customized delivery message and they can choose the date for delivery. All these specs are set up by you, of course. Click 'Notes add Add Notes'

Example

your customer receives a text, they can see their delivery details and easily schedule their delivery, the order updates instantly! Customer gets A Text

Turn On Auto-Scheduler

Settings > Customer Notifications > SMS > Scheduling Link: When the scheduling link is toggled on, the auto scheduler option will appear on all quotes and orders. The user can then choose to toggle it off in the actual order if they wish. ​ When you have the scheduling link toggled off, the auto scheduler option will be grayed out and unavailable on all quotes and orders. 1

Adding Notes

You can add notes to your quote… Click 'Notes add Add Notes' and be specific about who can see them. Notes Delivery notes … Notes are printed on the invoice and shared with the driver. Notes Customer notes … Notes are shared with the customer and also printed on the invoice. Notes and Company notes … Notes are internal only and never visible to your customers! Notes

Taking Payment

If your Customer has a Customer Credit, a small banner will appear. You can use all of the credits, 50% down, or pay in full. Financing Options

These are your financing options: Synchrony, Wells Fargo, Acima and Snap. Financing Notice you have additional options here for entering a promo and authorization codes, and you’ll need to put in that term length too! Financing

Manual Entry

Manual Entry is when you are processing a payment outside of the platform and just need to record it as a transaction. You can do this for a credit card, accepting checks, taking cash and doing bank transfers or a write off, for a charitable donation for example. Manual Entry Approval codes are always required on manual entry payments,you can use this as you see fit. Manual Entry

Credit Lines

Credit lines are internally approved on a customer by customer basis, this is where you would apply their credit. Credit Line

AIO Pay

This is for all transactions made inside the system with our internal payment processor, AIO PAY! AIO Pay

Rebates

This is where you would apply any rebates. Your rebates are pre-loaded in settings and will populate here. Rebates Don’t forget to hit apply. Payment

Now it’s an Order!

After the order is paid, The Quote is now an Order and uses the same number as the quote. Click 'Order #39-9646 Order Date: 02/24/2025 edit' The note for the delivery guy shows here on the order, will be printed on the invoice and also will be passed along to the driver on the routing page if you are using the drivers app. The Drivers App is pretty awesome, just sayin Click 'Order #39-9646 Order Date: 02/24/2025 edit'

Download the Invoice

This is the Select Action Menu: Lots of functions here, including downloading the invoice. Click 'format_list_bulleted Itemize off'

Sample Invoice

This is an example of a standard invoice. Side Note: Zip Code Warning Error

If you get this zip code error warning at the top of your screen, this means the zip code has not yet been entered into your “delivery zones” and “pricing zones”. This can be done in settings under Delivery Schedule. The order cannot progress until this is done. Click 'Order #39-9646 Order Date: 02/24/2025 edit' How to fix it a manager can get it added! Copy that zip code and Hop over to delivery schedule. Click 'Delivery Schedule' Edit the zone you want to add Click here and just paste in your zip code here !! Pop it in at the end of the list! Look down just a bit and Drop down pricing Zones, Click 'Pricing Zones expand_more' Edit the zone here too. Click here and again, paste the zip code at the end and don’t forget that comma! pop her in and your good to go! Back to that quote again.. Oh, Alright!

Email the Quote

It’s easy to share the quote, or reach back out to your customer.
