View, search, and manage all your quotes.

Managing deals shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why Appliance.io gives you the My Quotes Page — a central hub where salespeople can track every quote they’ve created, both active and expired. It’s the easiest way to review details, monitor margins, and start new quotes, all from one place.

📍 Accessing the Page

• From the sidebar, click My Quotes (just below the Appliance.io logo).

• At the top, you’ll see a Start a Quote button — click it anytime to create a brand-new sales quote from scratch.

🔍 Filters

Quickly narrow down your list with filters such as:

• Search Quotes

• Select Date

• Customer Class

• Location

• Tax Status

• Fulfillment Type

• Quote Source

• Brand

• Home Visit Survey

📑 Active Quotes Tab

The first tab shows all active quotes.

At the top, you’ll see a set of quick summary metrics:

• Total Estimated Profit Margin → Profit across all active quotes

• Total Revenue → Combined value of all active quotes

• Total Deposits → Deposits received from customers

• Total Active Quotes → Number of quotes currently in play

Below that, a detailed table provides everything you need:

• Date

• Quote Number

• Available Units

• Customer Name

• Company Name

• Delivery Address

• Customer Class

• Location

• Tax Status

• Expiry Date

• Total Price

• Profit Margin

• Deposit

• Balance Due

📑 Expired Quotes Tab

The second tab shows expired quotes — usually those past their expiry date (14+ days old).

The layout mirrors the Active tab, but note: you won’t see the summary metrics here.
