The My Orders page in Appliance.io gives sales teams a complete view of their active and archived orders β all in one place. Itβs designed to help you monitor progress, manage deliveries, and follow up with customers quickly and confidently. With organized tabs, smart filters, and detailed insights, My Orders makes it easy to track every deal from start to finish.
π Accessing My Orders
To open My Orders, head to your Dashboard and click My Orders in the left sidebar. This page should be the first thing you check each morning β it gives you a quick overview of your active sales, highlights tasks that need attention, and shows which customers might need a follow-up or support. Orders are grouped into different status tabs for quick tracking, and you can use powerful filters to find what you need in seconds.π Using Filters
Need to find a specific order? Use the Search Orders bar to look up orders by customer details or model numbers. Because the search only applies to your own orders, results load faster and more accurately than the main dashboard search. You can also filter your list using multiple parameters:- Order Date or Delivery Date β Filter by when the order was created or fulfilled.
- Customer Class β Choose between Retail, Web, Trade, or Project customers.
- Location β See orders from specific store or delivery locations.
- Payment Status β Sort by Fully Paid, Partially Paid, Outstanding, Fully Refund, or Partially Refund.
- Payment Method β Filter based on how the payment was made.
- Tax Status β Filter between Exempt or Not Exempt.
- Source β View orders from Point-of-Sale or eCommerce.
- Delivery Method β Sort by pickup, delivery, or third-party shipment.
- Condition β Filter based on the itemβs condition (as defined in your companyβs terms).
- Fulfillment Type β Search orders by how theyβre being fulfilled.
- How You Found Us β Filter based on customer lead source or referral channel.
