📍 Getting Started With AIO
To begin, you’ll walk through the essential setup steps that prepare your account, inventory, payments, and integrations. Each step is designed to get your business fully operational on the platform as quickly as possible. The onboarding roadmap includes:- Registering your account

📝 Step 1: Register Your Account
Registration is the first and most important step. It configures your system defaults and personalizes your workspace based on your business details. How to Register:- Visit appliance.io
- Click Get Started
- Follow the short prompts to provide your business information
💡 Tip: Enter your details as accurately as possible. You can update anything later, but solid information upfront leads to a cleaner setup and fewer adjustments over time. Once completed, you’ll unlock access to the full platform and can continue through the onboarding steps.
👥 Step 2: Meet With Our Team
This quick onboarding call connects your business needs with the AIO tools that support them. Think of it as your strategy session — making sure the software is configured to help you work smarter from day one. During this call, you’ll:- Chat briefly with our onboarding specialist
- Share your goals, workflow, and challenges
- Receive tailored recommendations for your setup
📦 Step 3: Import Your Inventory
Importing inventory lets your team start managing products, sales, and workflows in AIO immediately. How to Import Inventory via CSV:- Go to Purchase Orders → Receive Inventory
- Select Import by CSV
- Set your Stock Location, optional Storage Location, and Item Condition
- Upload your CSV
- Required fields: Model Number, Brand, Quantity, Cost
- Validate your import
- See which models are categorized vs. uncategorized
- Fix any flagged items
- Download flagged list
- Send to the Skulytics data team
- Or register models manually
💳 Step 4: Connect to AIO Pay
AIO Pay is the built-in payment system that helps you get paid faster and manage transactions without jumping between tools. You can use it for:- 🛒 Online payments
- 💸 Consumer financing
- 🏦 Bank transfers
⚙️ How to Set Up AIO Pay
- Go to Settings → Payment
- Click Register for AIO Pay
- Have these details ready:
- Business Name & Address
- EIN & Tax ID
- Bank Account Information

Launch a modern, fully integrated website in minutes — no coding required. Your AIO-powered site can:- 💳 Accept payments
- 🚚 Integrate with delivery automation & scheduling
- 🏷️ Sync with digital price tags

🛡️ Step 6: Protection Plans
AIO removes all manual work from warranty activation. When your protection plan provider is connected, new plans are automatically transmitted as soon as an order is placed. We currently support:- Mulberry
- CPS (More coming soon!)
How to Connect Your Provider:
- Go to Integrations
- Toggle on your provider
- Enter your Private Key and Public Key
