Keeping your sales team motivated just got easier. The Spiffs Report tracks special incentives in one place, so managers can reward performance and reps can claim their wins in seconds. It helps you track, manage, and claim special sales incentives — making it easier to reward performance and keep your team energized.

📍 Accessing the Report

• Go to the sidebar and click Reports

• Under Management Tools, select Spiffs

From here, you’ll see a full list of orders made by your salespeople.

🔍 Using Filters

Narrow down the report with these filters:

• Salesperson

• Date

• Brand

👉 Need a clean slate? Just hit Reset Filter.

📤 Exporting the Report

Need to analyze or share the data?

• Click Export

• Choose between PDF, Excel, or CSV

⚠️ Note: The export reflects the filters you’ve currently applied.

📑 Two Tabs: Unclaimed & Claimed

The Spiffs Report is divided into two sections:

• Unclaimed → Shows all available spiffs before they’ve been claimed

• Claimed → Displays spiffs that have already been processed

🏆 How to Claim Spiffs

There are two ways to claim:

1️⃣ Bulk Claim

• Select the checkboxes next to the spiffs you want

• Or, tick the top checkbox to select them all at once

• Click Move to Claimed to transfer them in bulk

2️⃣ Single Claim

• Click the green arrow at the far right of a spiff

• That spiff will instantly move to the Claimed tab
