One of the most useful tools in Appliance.io for managing changes in customer deliveries and appointments is the Reschedule Report. It gives you everything you need to track rescheduled orders, monitor status updates, and handle inventory replacements efficiently β all in one place.
π Accessing the Report
- Go to the sidebar and click Reports
- Under Management Tools, select Reschedules
- Open Reschedules
- Inventory Affected
π Open Reschedules Tab
This tab lists all orders that have been rescheduled.π Filters available:
- Reschedule Date
- Delivery Date
- Salesperson
- Customer Class
- Delivery Method
- Reschedule Status
- Reschedule Type
π€ Export Options
Click Export to download your report as PDF, Excel, or CSV. β οΈ Note: The export will reflect whatever filters are currently applied.π Order Statuses
- Active β The rescheduled order is still open
- Pending β The order has been rescheduled
- Delivered β The order has been delivered successfully
π¦ Inventory Affected Tab
This tab shows active rescheduled models where a reschedule date has already been set. Itβs especially useful when an item needs to be swapped out β for example, if a product is damaged.π Filters available:
- Date Filter
- Search Bar
π Assigning a Fresh Unit
When an item needs replacing, use the Fresh Unit Feature:- Click Assign in the Fresh Unit column
- A pop-up will display available inventory
- Check the box for the unit you want to assign
- Click Assign
- Choose the Inventory Location
- Click Assign again
