The Delivery Options feature in Appliance.io lets you create, customize, and organize the delivery methods you offer to customers. Each option includes its own name, description, and pricing, along with tools to edit or archive items at any time. It’s a flexible way to match your delivery services to your products — whether you offer standard shipping, premium delivery, white-glove service, or anything in between.

📍 Accessing Delivery Options

To get started, open the sidebar and click Settings. Under the Basic Settings section, select Delivery Schedule. Scroll down slightly, and you’ll find the Delivery Options area. Here, you’ll be able to:
  • Use the Search bar to find any delivery option quickly
  • Switch between Active and Archive tabs
  • Add new delivery methods or manage existing ones

🆕 Adding a New Delivery Option

To create a new delivery method, click Add New Delivery Option in the top-right corner. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the core details:
  • Name
  • Description
  • Cost
  • Price
Once the basics are filled in, scroll down to the Applies To section. This part is optional — but powerful. You can:
  • Leave it blank to apply the delivery option to all products, or
  • Target a specific model, brand, or a combination of category, subcategory, and detail category
Need multiple category filters? Just click Add Category to include more. When everything looks good, simply click Save — your new Delivery Option is ready to go live.

🛠️ Editing or Archiving Delivery Options

Managing your delivery methods is just as easy as creating them.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit any existing delivery option
  • Click the red box icon to archive it
Archived items move to the Archive tab and can be restored at any time. This gives you the flexibility to adjust your delivery offerings without deleting anything permanently.
