Define delivery regions, set schedules, and streamline your logistics with ease.

Delivery Zones in Appliance.io let you create specific delivery regions using ZIP codes and assign delivery schedules — whether recurring weekly routes or one-off delivery dates. This tool helps keep your delivery operations organized, predictable, and perfectly aligned with how your business runs.

📍 Accessing Delivery Zones

To get started, open your sidebar and click Settings. Under the Basic Settings section, select Delivery Schedule.

Scroll down past the Holidays section, and you’ll find the Delivery Zones panel.

This is where you can add, edit, and manage all delivery regions connected to your store.

➕ Creating a New Delivery Zone

To set up a new zone, click Add New Delivery Zone.

A pop-up will appear with fields you’ll need to complete:

Zone Name

Give your zone a clear, helpful name — something your team will instantly recognize.

ZIP Codes

Enter all ZIP codes included in the zone. Need help finding them? You can use tools like unitedstateszipcodes.org. If you’re adding multiple ZIP codes, separate each with a comma.

Delivery Zone Type

Choose between:

• Local Zone – For areas close to your store or inside your main service region

• Non-Local Zone – For areas outside your standard delivery radius

This helps you logically categorize delivery regions.

Frequency

Decide how deliveries will be scheduled for this zone:

• Weekly – Set a recurring delivery schedule by selecting one or more weekdays (Monday–Saturday). These days can be chosen if you have activated the selected day in Schedule Rules.

• Manual – Choose specific delivery dates using the calendar view (ideal for low-volume or special areas)

Once you’ve filled everything out, click Save to finalize your zone.

Weekly Frequency

Perfect for consistent delivery routes. Just check the days of the week you want deliveries to occur, and the system will follow that schedule automatically.

Manual Frequency

Ideal for one-time deliveries or zones without regular routes. A calendar will appear, allowing you to select any delivery date individually.

After saving, your Delivery Zone becomes active immediately. You can always:

• Edit zone details

• Update ZIP codes or schedules

• Delete zones you no longer need
