Need a real-time view of your business? The Live Report gives you an instant dashboard of every active order — so you can keep operations running smoothly without missing a beat. It acts as your control center for all active orders — giving you instant visibility into product details, pricing, taxes, sales personnel, and delivery info. With search, filters, and export features built in, you’ll always stay on top of every order in progress.

📍 Accessing the Report

• Go to the sidebar and click Reports

• Select Live

And just like that, you’ll see every active order laid out for you.

🔍 Filters & Search

Make reporting easier with filters and search tools:

• Date

• Sales Person

• Source

• Search Bar → type in Order numbers or Model numbers

👉 Bonus: Use the With Protection Plan toggle to instantly filter orders that include protection plans.

Need to start fresh? Just hit Reset Filter.

Want to analyze or share the data?

• Click the download icon

• Choose PDF, CSV, or Excel

📑 Understanding the Report

Each order includes a detailed breakdown so you can see everything at a glance:

1️⃣ Order Details → Items, quantity, price, and more 2️⃣ Total Price Section:

• Subtotal → Product price before extras

• Grand Total → Everything combined (products, protection plan, install, taxes)

3️⃣ Protection Plan → Total plan price for all items in the order 4️⃣ Install → Full installation cost across all items
