The Returns Report in Appliance.io is your go-to tool for tracking and managing all return data. From returned items to refund details, it keeps everything in one place so you can stay on top of customer service and financial accuracy.

📍 Accessing the Report

• Go to the sidebar and click Reports

• Select Returns

👉 You’ll also see a Subscribe Now button. Click it to get notified whenever a new return entry is created — perfect for real-time updates.

🔍 Filters & Reset

Make your search easier with filters such as:

• Model Number

• Return Date

• Refund Payment Method

• Brand

• Location

• Source

💡 Tip: You can combine multiple filters for precise results. Need to start over? Just hit Reset Filter to return to the default view.

📤 Exporting the Report

Need to analyze or share the data?

• Click Export

• Choose PDF, Excel, or CSV

⚠️ Note: Only the data that matches your current filters will be included in the export.

Each return entry gives you a clear breakdown, including:

• Date

• Order Number

• Model Number

• Sales Person

• Quantity

• Refund Method

• Refund Amount

• Refund Status
