Your complete hub for tracking sales, deliveries, and profits in one place

The Order Reports page in Appliance.io is your one-stop hub for tracking everything about your orders. From product details and pricing to customer information, profit margins, deposits, and delivery status — it’s all right here. Best of all, the report brings together both offline and e-commerce orders in one place.

📍 Accessing Order Reports

• From the sidebar, click Reports

• Select Orders

🔍 Filters & Reset

You’ll see a wide range of filters to refine your data, including:

• Order Date or Delivery Date

• Sales Person or Customer Class

• Location or Tax Status

• Delivery Method or Source (store vs. e-commerce)

• Condition, Fulfillment Type, or even “How They Found Us”

• House Deal → when the store itself provides a discount or promotion (not the manufacturer)

💡 Tip: Need a clean slate? Just hit Reset Filter to clear everything.

📤 Exporting Reports

Want to save or share your data?

• Click Export

• Choose PDF, Excel, or CSV

👉 Pro tip: Your export will always reflect the filters you’ve applied.

📑 Understanding Order Statuses

Each order is grouped into statuses so you know exactly where things stand:

• All → every order

• Active / Open → not yet delivered

• Not Yet Requested → products not reserved

• Requested → products requested

• Ordered → products ordered

• Schedule Delivery → ready to schedule

• Pending Delivery → scheduled, waiting to go out

• Open Reschedule → delivery date changed

• Partially Delivered → bulk order partly delivered

• Full Delivered → bulk order fully delivered

• Archived Orders → past data

💲 Order Value & Table Layout

Below the tabs, you’ll see Total Active Order Value → the total product price of all active orders.

The table view includes:

• Order Date, Order Number, Customer, Phone Number

• Customer Class, How They Found Us, Delivery Address

• Location, Tax Status, Delivery Date, Sales Person

• Total Price, Profit, Delivery Cost, Profit Margin

🔎 Digging Into an Order

Need product-level details? Expand any order with the dropdown to view:

• Model Number

• Quantity

• Install Info

• Protection Plan

• Delivery Date

• Profit Margin
