📍 Accessing the Report

From the sidebar, click Reports Select Refundable Deposits Report

At the top of the page, you’ll see three filters to refine your data:

• Date

• Location

• Sales Person

👉 Click Reset Filter anytime to clear your selections and return to the default view.

📤 Exporting the Report

Need a copy outside Appliance.io? Click Export to download the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.

Exports only include data based on the filters you’ve applied.

📊 Total Refundable Deposits

Right below the filters, you’ll see a summary box showing the all-time total of refundable deposits. This quick snapshot helps you monitor the bigger financial picture at a glance.

The Refundable Deposits Report organizes data into five columns:

• Date → When the quote was created

• Quote → Quote reference number

• Sales Person → The team member who created the quote

• Deposit → Amount received as a refundable deposit

• Quote Total → Full value of the quote

This breakdown ensures you can see exactly how deposits tie into overall quotes.
