The Inventory Aging Report in Appliance.io helps you monitor how long items have been in stock. With accurate age calculations, flexible filters, and drill-down details, it makes it easy to understand what’s available, what’s reserved, and where each unit stands across your locations.

📍 Accessing the Report

• Go to the sidebar and click Reports

• Scroll down and select Inventory Aging Report

🔍 Filters & Reset

Use filters to narrow down your search:

• Search bar

• Location

• Condition

• Brand

• Category

• Manufacture Status

• Inventory Status

👉 Need a clean slate? Hit Reset Filter to return to the default view.

📤 Exporting the Report

Share or save your data by clicking Export. Download your report in PDF, Excel, or CSV.

⚠️ Note: Your export will reflect the filters you’ve applied.

📑 Main Report View

Reports are grouped by Location, with each store showing five key columns:

1. Model Number

2. Quantity

3. Average Cost

4. Average Age

5. Manufacture Status

🔎 Drill Down for Details

Click the dropdown next to a model to expand full details, including:

• Order Date & Order Number

• Reserved & Received Dates

• Condition & Serial Number

• Inventory Status

• Actual Cost

• Age (Received) & Age (Reserved)

This view shows the complete lifecycle of each unit in your inventory.

If a model is fully reserved, the report highlights it clearly — helping you distinguish what’s already allocated versus what’s still available.
