The Quotes Report in Appliance.io gives you a complete view of every quote, whether it’s from offline orders or your e-commerce store. It includes product details, pricing, customer information, estimated profit margins, deposits, and balances due. With everything organized in one place, managing quotes has never been easier.

📍 Accessing the Report

From the sidebar, click Reports Select Quotes Once inside, you’ll see a wide range of filters to refine your data:
  • Search Bar
  • Date
  • Sales Person
  • Customer Class
  • Location
  • Tax Status
  • Fulfillment Type
  • Source
  • Brand
  • Home Visit Survey
👉 Click Reset Filter anytime to clear your selections and return to the full dataset. And if you need to share or analyze the data outside Appliance.io, click Export to download the report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file. Remember — exports only include data based on the filters you’ve applied.

📊 Active Quotes Tab

The first tab you’ll see is Active, where all your current quotes are listed. At the top, you’ll find four summary tiles for a quick snapshot:
  • Total Estimated Profit Margin
  • Total Revenue
  • Total Deposits
  • Total Active Quotes
Below that, a detailed table organizes data into the following columns:
  • Date
  • Quote
  • Available Units
  • Customer
  • Sales Person
  • Customer Class
  • Location
  • Tax Status
  • Total
  • Estimated Profit Margin
  • Deposit
  • Balance Due

📑 Expired Quotes Tab

The Expired tab shows quotes that have been inactive for more than 14 days. The layout matches the Active tab, with the same columns and detailed data — but without the summary tiles at the top.

🔄 Moving a Quote Back to Active

If you need to reactivate an expired quote, click on the Quote number to open the Quote page. Next to the Expiration Date, select the pencil icon, update the date to a future one, and click Save. The quote will instantly move back into the Active tab.

🎉 You’re Ready!

The Quotes Report keeps all your quotes organized, whether they’re active or expired. With powerful filters, detailed breakdowns, and easy reactivation, you’ll always have full control over your quoting process.
