The Fulfillment Report in Appliance.io is your go-to tool for monitoring customer orders from start to finish. It not only tracks fulfillment status but also gives you a complete pricing breakdown, including installation fees, delivery fees, zone surcharges, haul-away charges, and trip charges. With everything in one place, you can keep orders organized and ensure pricing stays transparent.

📍 Accessing the Report

From the sidebar, click Reports Select Fulfillment Report Inside the report, you’ll find a set of filters to refine your data:
  • Date
  • Search Bar
  • Fulfillment Type
  • Delivery/Install Name
  • Location
  • Sales Person
  • Delivery Method
  • Source
👉 Click Reset Filter anytime to clear your selections and return to the full dataset.

📤 Exporting the Report

Need a copy outside Appliance.io? Click Export to download the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format. Exports only include data based on the filters you’ve applied.

📊 Fulfillment Overview Tiles

At the top of the report, six summary tiles give you a quick snapshot of fulfillment costs:
  • Total Fulfillment Price
  • Total Install Price
  • Total Delivery Price
  • Total Delivery Zone Price
  • Total Haul Away Price
  • Total Trip Charge Price
These tiles act as your bird’s-eye view, helping you instantly assess cost breakdowns.

The detailed table organizes fulfillment information into multiple columns, including:
